Delayed Shipping Process
Due to the current high volume of orders, we are experiencing brief delays with some shipments. Most orders should ship within 7-14 business days after being placed.
Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to via email. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Our website is open to accept your orders and we are taking all the necessary actions to ensure the healthy & safety of our customers. Orders may take up to 3 days to process. When will my order ship?
Orders placed on ArdellShop.com are processed and shipped from our warehouse within 1-3 business days. Orders placed after 12:00PM PST will begin to process the next business day. (Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will not be processed until the following Monday. Shipments and deliveries only occur on weekdays. Shipping and delivery is subject to change and will be determined at the time of order.
You will get a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships!
How much will it cost to ship my order?
Does Ardell ship internationally?
While we currently do not offer international shipping, please be sure to sign up to our email list to be notified if this option becomes available. Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally nor do we offer international returns at this time. We truly apologize for any inconvenience.
How long will I have to wait for my goodies?
Transit times are typically 2 to 7 business days within the continental US & up to 15 days for Alaska and Hawaii.
- Orders shipping via FedEx Smartpost may take 7-12 business days to be delivered.
- Business days do not include weekends and/or holidays.
